About
Chinese Chess is a classic strategy board game played on a 9x10 grid. Pieces sit on the intersections, a river splits the two sides, and each general is confined to a three-by-three palace. The goal is to checkmate the opposing general.
Tips
- Keep advisors and elephants at home to shield your general from chariots and cannons.
- A cannon needs exactly one piece in between to capture, so watch which screens you create for your opponent.
- Develop chariots and horses early, control the central file, and count captures before every trade.
